Survey

Degree I Scale 1:100
Schematic plan of the building. Surveys and drawings of this degree serve for preliminary plannings of the refurbishment or restoration works that do not imply major changes to the structure.
Ranging from 1.50 to 12.50 EUR/m²

Degree II, Scale 1: 50
Tolerance below 10 cm. “Nearly realistic” drawing, including general structural and constructive details, special features of the building and major damages. Drawings of this degree serve as the basis for restricted implementation planning.
Ranging from 2.00 to 20.00 EUR/m²

Degree III, Scale 1:50 (1:20)
Tolerance below 2.5 cm. Detailed survey with precise depiction of all visible damages, deformations, structural and constructive details, features and surfaces. Drawings of this degree serve as the basis for building research, room books, historical evaluations and implementation planning for major restoration works.
Ranging from 2.50 to 20.00 EUR/m²

Degree IV, Scale 1:20 (1:10)
Tolerance below 2 cm. Detailed survey for particularly precious structures with precise depiction of all damages, deformations and their causes, structural and constructive details, features and surfaces. Drawings of walls, depicting every single constructive member. Drawings of this degree serve for scientific documentation of the structure and as a basis for further studies on the object.
